Due to measurement error, please SIZE UP. You can not go wrong either way if you size 2X.  For example, I wear a MEDIUM size (34B Bra Size) and 5'9 height. However, LARGE size is more comfortable and EXTRA LARGE is perfect with an additional 2 inches back length (layering capability).
